At NexGen Athletes, we're dedicated to shaping the next generation of athletes, aged 4 to 18, into formidable competitors across a wide range of sports. Our unique youth training program is designed to unleash the true potential of young athletes through a combination of small group sessions and personalized one-on-one training. We focus on five key pillars - Speed, Agility, Power, Strength, and Endurance - to equip youth athletes with the skills and fitness required to excel in any sport they choose.
Targeted Age Group: Our program caters to aspiring athletes between the ages of 4 and 18, ensuring age-appropriate training and development.
Diverse Locations: Our training sessions take place in various locations, including the 1st Street Gym in Rogers, the Bentonville Community Center, and the great outdoors, making each session a dynamic and engaging experience.

Nutritional Guidance: While our primary focus is on physical training, we also emphasize the importance of a balanced diet. Our coaches encourage athletes to maintain healthy eating habits, including proper hydration, protein intake, and a diet rich in fruits and vegetables.
